Jason Mcadam5 StarEverything about the stay was excellent! The owners gave us such a warm welcome, it's clear that they really enjoy what they do and it makes the experience great. The rooms were very clean, very well decorated and ours looked out on to a private garden which was nice. Breakfast was amazing, so much effort was made to please us and the other guests. Local produce was used which is a nice touch, the fresh homemade bread was lovely.
I'd definitely look to stay here again when we return to Edinburgh.Sunday 17th April 2022

The hosts were so warm and welcoming with great stories to tell.
The house itself was beautiful, all styled with the arts and crafts movement in mind. Our room overlooking the garden was beautiful, cosy and immaculate!
The breakfasts were definitely one of the best breakfasts I've had anywhere let alone in a b&b.
All waking distance to the meadows and the royal mile with busses right outside the door. We couldn't have asked for any more from our stay at Barony House

An extremely warm welcome is afforded to you on arrival, a theme which continues throughout your stay. Paul and Susan are fabulous hosts, the latter providing sumptuous breakfasts which sets you up for the day ahead. Rooms are spotless, comfortable and very well equipped.
