Becareful - I recently took a parcel in to be posted to derby, I notified the lady behind the counter that the item was off a considerable value & that I would like it to be tracked & insured, a few days later I went to track the item to find that it was only second class signed for with no value of insurance, after a few weeks went by the item was lost & I am not out of pocket a lot of money. To make matters worse the item in now relisted on a sellers page and post office & Royal Mail are also far from willing to help. Wouldn’t want to happen to anyone else.

What a lovely quaint establishment tucked on the edge of town and close to amenities. The ladies in here go above and beyond, spectacular customer service and nothing is to much trouble. I've always found staff to be polite, friendly and helpful and consist in there approach to each customer, I've never had a bad experience here. Keep up the good work to this gem of a post office, given these unprecedented times you should all be so incredibly proud of yourselves! Gold Standard and top Notch thank you for keeping the communication going through the community :0)
