I’d firstly like to say that I’m not accustomed to blowing somebody else’s trumpet, but on this occasion, because of the level of workmanship involved I felt compelled to do so. My father is partially sighted and my brother has an acute mental health condition which places them as vulnerable adults. I therefore have to be extremely careful when choosing any company to deal with. My fathers drive and pathways were in quite a state and needed a full deep clean. After a couple of attempts from different companies, that left us feeling let down and somewhat underwhelmed, we decided to get a quote from Damien. Quality, in my experience has never come cheap. There are companies out there who promise excellence for a low premium. And that’s fine for some, but not us. We expect a quality service, reflective of the price that leaves us satisfied. I can truly say, hand on heart, that I have never met a nicer person to deal with than Damien. I can genuinely recommend the services of this particular company, to any vulnerable people or just anybody who wants a first class job done for their money. The bottom line is this. There’s not many workmen that can be honestly trusted these days. I trust him complicately. You pay your money in return for satisfaction. It’s as simple as that.

We have used Bastow’s for several jobs. Windows monthly, drive cleaning and removal of moss from our roof and cleaning roof tiles also UPVC dormer and window frames, they did a brilliant job at a very reasonable price. Friendly and reliable and do a great job. Definitely recommend them.

We've been using Bastow for at least a year now. They always let us know when they will be with us for cleaning the windows, always notify us if they cannot make it and provide a great service. Recently they also started providing a pressure washer service for cleaning flags/driveways which we took advantage of. Our path and drive looked amazing afterwards - couldn't believe the difference.

We had our drive and patio areas power washed and chemically cleaned by Bastows ….. wow what a difference never have we had it so clean! Can wholeheartedly recommend this company what a fantastic job, very pleased.
