Matt and his team have recently undertaken a complete kitchen makeover for me, and I cannot speak highly enough of the people and the work they've done. I'm just very glad to have chosen them for the project! The job included replacing cabinet doors and drawers, installing a new sink and an entire work surface (3 sides of my large kitchen). The end result is stunning. I have a new modern kitchen at a very competitive price. The quality of both the materials and the work is exceptional: Chris explained everything as he went along, and Matt had some really clever design ideas to make the kitchen flow better, which they incorporated into the job. And they cleaned up wonderfully, every day! Matt listened carefully to what I wanted and worked to my budget to deliver it. I have just had our kitchen renovated by Matt and his installation worker, Chris. I couldn't be more impressed. Their quote was more than £1000 lower than the next best quote! The work involved replacing unit doors, plinths, edges and the fan extractor, because the previous ones had started to corrupt and bubble. Matt guided me through the process, sourced exactly the right colour for the wooden doors we wanted. (We did not trust MDF replacements, since the original kitchen installation using MDF had proved to be so poor). The products were ordered punctually and they were installed most skilfully. We now have an upgraded kitchen which feels and looks very substantial and in keeping with an Edwardian house. I unreservedly recommend Bay Kitchens if you are looking for both quality workmanship and trustworthiness. Matt is a pleasure to do business with. Chris is a fantastically adept worker who is a perfectionist. Excellent all round. Helena Trevelyan
