Bear Care, Carlton and Gedling Day Nursery

It took me months to find a nursery in which I felt my daughter would feel safe and also encouraged and stimulated to learn. When I came to view Bear Care, I was amazed at their amazing facilities such as their ball pit and big garden. The staff always have a chat with me and keep me well informed in what my daughter has done/ate that day. They all treat my daughter so lovely and I am so grateful them. I would definitely recommend this nursery.

My son has just started here and all of the staff have been brilliant with him! He loves going to nursery now and is getting on well, Steph has been exceptionally amazing with him and he loves going to see her. It’s lovely and clean inside and the garden is incredible. 10/10 would recommend

Bear care in Gedling is amazing, the staff are so kind and caring, the setting is clean and well looked after. My daughter has made friends and loves going! I feel she is safe and stimulated, they are incredibly accommodating to our needs and I couldn’t be happier.

Some of the staff are fantastic and others seem that they can not be bothered to be there and have an attitude. The ratio of kids to staff is definitely not following ofsted requirements and the staff admit they are over ratio. The garden was rammed with children (toddlers & preschool) and only 2 staff members around, shocking and disappointed. After mentioning this to the owner/manger, they made excuses up all the time. Please really consider this as your last option to place your child.

My two year old goes here, never had a problem with staff! All very friendly and take care of my son. He will be returning in September :)
