I was a walk in - it was my birthday and the salon I was meant to go to was closed and there was some sort of mix up which had obviously left me in a bit of a pickle I was thankfully able to get a wash and blow dry in the salon I asked for a curly blow dry. The young lady who did my hair was nice however she kept stopping and starting the blow drier to listen to what the other girls were talking about. Her technique kept getting my hair tangled on her brush and she burnt my scalp a few times with the drier when she was looking around at the other girls conversations. I’m guessing she is new or hasn’t done a blow dry like mine before as I’ve never had this experience before getting a wash and a blow dry. When it came to payment I was shocked to know that this experience cost me £33.00 , the most expensive blow dry I’ve ever paid for. I was very grateful to have been squeezed in and I didn’t want to say in front of the girl to embarrass her , but when someone is paying quite a chunk of money ( I don’t get to treat myself often) I’d expect the person doing my hair to at least pay attention to what they are doing and have experience in doing it. This is a high end salon , and felt the experience was like in a training school. Originally I did not want to leave a review, and instead sent this feedback via email and had a speedy response to say someone would be in touch, however that was nearly two weeks ago, obviously my feelings and my experience wasn’t that well thought of to even get back to me. I’m extremely disappointed.

I got a full head of foils done here for the first time after following them on Instagram. There colouring techniques looked great, unfortunately that wasn’t the case of me… they didn’t leave the bleach on long enough and my hair went ginger! Also for £160!!!! The back of my head they didn’t bleach at all… I did complain but was told I would’ve had to tell them within 24 hours. Poor customer service and too expensive, never mind a poor skills. I will not be back! Do not waste ur money here.

Bellaire is my go to place for lashes, spray tans, upstyles and nails. The salon is welcoming and the girls are amazing at what they do. I feel comfortable going into the salon. Devon is a perfectionist at lashes and I always leave feeling amazing. Sophie gives the best spray tans especially for those last minute holidays! I cant fault the salon in any way and would recommend it for getting everything done in the one place. They are also very accommodating at fitting my appointments in around my busy work life. Thank you ladies for making me feel amazing!
