Nice, clean and presentable Post Office with helpful and friendly staff. This post office is located inside the CoOp. It has all services a large post office would offer. You must park in the car park which is free for first 1/2 hour. Highly recommended.

Queing from the doorway and when I finally get to be served I feel like I'm disturbing them. They always look 'busy' by walking up and down behind the counter but not actually serving people. All the same type of judgmental age group: Karens.

Unfortunately I've had to give it one star, I would give it minus stars if I could. Visit here if you wish to see the epitome of bad service by the stuck up their own backside staff. God forbid you ask for help with a passport, I needed one urgently, she smirked and advised of a long wait time ( FYI love, I did get my passport and went to the Maldives for two weeks, no thanks to you!! But anyway had a great time and said up yours to you whilst on holiday with a nice glass of prosecco!)

I dare anyone to apply for a passport with a form that you have filled in yourself, and take it to this place, knitting fog would be easier, however ask them to do it for you at cost and ask about travel insurance and their eyes light up. More like a witches covern than helpful public service. Wake up royal mail management and investigate this office.

What is this places obsession with trying to overcharge? Are they on commission? I looked up the price of a parcel online before I left home because I knew they would try it on. I asked for “the cheapest” way to send my parcel. The manager of all people gives me a quote double what I was given online. I asked her “Is this the cheapest?” She affirms it is. I then tell her I was given a quote half the price online. She says “Ohhh.. yes there is that one. But that’s a slower service”. I didn’t ask for fast. I asked for cheapest. Why lie to me and withhold other options? This place is a joke.
