I have used the team at Belvoir to sell 2 flats recently and their service was superb. I had offers on both within weeks and both completed effortlessly with great coms from Sue in the office regarding progress and chasing up. One property was way out of town but they still did the accompanied viewings and I really just left everything to their capable hands! Very highly recommended and I will certainly use them again myself in future.

I have been very pleased and impressed with the service we have received from Belvoir. Quite a protracted process to buy the property, although Sue and her team kept us fully updated on progress. Moreover, Sue also regularly liaised with the vendor’s solicitor re. anticipated timescales etc. All done in a very businesslike and friendly manner. I would have no hesitation in recommending Belvoir!

I am super impressed with Vicky & the team at Belvoir Oldham. We have just rented a property through her and she took time to ensure the house was right for us and also we were right for the property and landlord too. Everything was smooth and Vicky worked hard to ensure we got in before Christmas. I would highly recommend the team and I loved the lovely touch of a welcome gift box really nice surprise.

I received the keys for my first house today and have had the pleasure of dealing with Sue and Vicky throughout the process - without them this would not have been possible!! Sue ensured fast communication between me and the vendor, was very quick to chase things up and made things as smooth as possible and Vicky was a great help in showing us round the property numerous times - nothing was too much trouble for both of them. We have let our property out with Belvoir for the past 8 years and I have always found them to be very helpful. We decided to sell our property and our contact with regards the sale was Sue. Sue was extremely helpful, more so than my own solicitor at times. She kept us updated throughout the sale and I know she worked hard for our purchasers as well. It was all handled in a very professional manner and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
