I had the lovely Daisy do my eyebrow waxing and tint. Was really happy with the service. Daisy really took her time and explained every step to me and made sure I was comfortable and happy before proceeding. Would definitely recommend going to Benefit in John Lewis, Chelmsford to see Daisy!

Went for an eyebrow wax and to buy some new makeup. Kelsie was excellent. Eyebrows are perfect and I'll definitely be back. She gave great advice makeup wise and very patiently taught me how to use it all. Great service!

I had a wedding to attend and I like Benefit make up. I telephone and spoke to a lovely lady called Kelsey who was so helpful and booked me in for the next day. Kelsey was so lovely and talented in her work she made me look beautiful and gave me confidence for the day. Kelsey was friendly, approachable and kind xxx

On Sunday I had the pleasure of meeting Kelsie for a brow wax and tint at my local John Lewis. My usual beautician had moved in to pastures new and I'm always a bit apprehensive when someone new gives me a treatment. Well there was no need to be worried as Kelsie did a fantastic job so I can't wait to return!

Had an eyebrow wax and tint at the Benefit counter in John Lewis Chelmsford with Lucy. The lovely Lucy has done my brows twice now , she really takes her time to listen to what I want, meaning I’m so happy with the finish . She also recommended me some great products and has shown me how to expertly apply them . Now more bad brow days for me ! Lucy is a lovely bubbly character and makes me feel happy every time I come in!
