For a small charge of £20, our delivery team will unpack and fully assemble your new divan bed plus assemble and fit your new headboard (if purchased and delivered with your bed). We'll also clear away all unwanted packaging and recycle it to ensure you're ready for a good night's sleep. This service is only available for divan beds. Online and telephone orders can be returned within 14 days of your delivery, providing you have the original packaging. For store orders: If you don't find your new bed comfortable after sleeping on it for 40 nights (within 8 weeks of delivery) we'll exchange it as long as you have used a mattress protector. From personal experience I highly recommend the Bilston Road store of Bensons for Beds. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and worked within a budget we set something other competitors ignored. The range of products available was also better than similar competitors and delivery was achievable within two weeks on our particular purchase. A very positive experience.

Lorraine was very welcoming and helpful. Especially as I have sciatica so she talked me through my different options. Ian, the store manager, was supportive with helping me to understand how to measure my stairs for my super king size bed (I was adamant I was going to have it)

We have had to wait over 7 weeks to get our completed order, it was rescheduled twice. This isn't the first time we've experienced issues with orders from Bensons for Beds, I came back giving the company the benefit of the doubt, the exact delays have happened. I will not be returning a third time and I will be telling people about our experience and advising them to use alternative suppliers.

Ordered 3 complete beds, wrong size base was delivered. Went into store and a replacement offered for the wrong order. Received a bill now for the replacement bed, was told the replacement was free of charge because of the mistake of the company. Spent £2.5k with this company, poor service all round.
