I applied for my OCI through them. They did my paperwork n gave me an appt to apply with the embassy. On the day, my paperwork was all wrong. Bharat travel ladies had uploaded my indian passport twice in place of surrender certificate n not submitted my current British passport n naturalisation certificate. Luckily embassy did it for me but not without a charge. I ve left messages for them but no one would get back. Ladies there are frustrated, rude n just insufferable. They are not getting custom from me or my family again.

Always a brilliant service from these lot. I went back today to collect my visa file...The guy recognised me without me saying my name! I was very impressed. Fast service. Never had any issues. Fast and prompt service. Highly recommended. 5 stars for excellence and brilliant customer service. Dipti Is also a very nice person, Shes very attentive with her work and is spot on. Thank you for providing me and my family with all our Indian Visa Paperwork promptly and swiftly. Keep up the good work 😃 For anyone going to India, I would highly recommend these people to get your paperwork done as they are fast and keep you updated throughout.

I spoke to a lady at Bhaart Travel regarding the Indian Visa that they provided. When I asked the question about it on which box I had to tick she wouldn’t advise on their own form that we have. She wouldn’t let me speak or finish my question and just put the phone down. Really bad customer service and support. Yes I was rude because your colleague was rude to me. My question is why give your business card to me and say if I have any questions then to ring you? When we ring you’re not willing to help and don’t listen to what we have to say. All I wanted to know was which box I had to tick, it was a simple question and instead of saying what you had to say quickly and then put the phone down any customer would get annoyed and ring back irritated.

Great assistance and great service. Saved all the hiccups. Got the Visa within a couple of days. Only challenge had to drive 2 hours from Hertfordshire to Leicester. Overall very happy and pleased.

Such great service from start to finish. I went in to get help some help for visas and got the best service from the team, very considerate and understanding of situations. While I was there I noted the great service and advice provided to all who walked in. Keep up the great work, so glad to have a brilliant service like this in Belgrave.
