Maxine Hamilton5 StarSince Dr Sebastian has taken over the level of care, activities, interest and genuine interest in the residents has escalated. Our Mother has come along leaps and bounds and was not expected to. We can see our Mother truly enjoys the carers and nursing staff that take care of her and they, in turn, truly care for Mum. It is something I did not expect to see and am so happy to have Mum there. All the staff are wonderful. Kudos to Dr Sebastian for making this change in such a short time. Family and friends are welcomed and made a cup of tea and take part in the activities. Now we have resident and family meetings with music, food and fun! Excellent!Saturday 17th November 2018
marilyn davis4 StarNot anticipating that my mother would ever need to go into a nursing home Birch Trees proved to be a wonderful place for her to be. All the staff were caring, friendly and there was always someone on hand to talk to. They made her last weeks of life extremely comfortable and I can’t thank them all enough.Sunday 11th February 2018
