D K5 StarExceptional customer service, and an absolute pleasure to deal with! I bought online an Umage Asteria pendant lamp, and it was delivered more quickly than expected. As I was preparing to install it, it turned out that a small plastic part in the hanging mechanism was broken - clearly a manufacturing glitch. I called the store, explained the issue, and the response was incredible: a pleasant phone conversation was quickly followed up by an email, confirming that they had contacted the UK distributor, and a replacement part will be shipped to me anon directly from the distributor. I received it the next day (!), along with another email message apologising for the inconvenience. The lamp is beautiful, and I look forward to the next opportunity to deal with this outfit.Wednesday 2nd November 2022
Angela Allen2 StarI emailed the company albeit nearly a year after I received some items. They weren’t opened until now and one of the items was broken. I have asked for a response to my query and have been ignored.. I just want part of the item not all of it. There seems to be a part of the handle missing…..It’s a toilet brush but it was £60.

Maureen Benedict5 StarOrdered the Umbra coat hook and was slightly nervous whether it would bear the weight of heavy winter coats. Customer service couldn't have been more helpful in reassuring me. Quick delivery. Beautiful quality product on which I've received multiple compliments. Proof of the pudding - sturdy enough to hang multiple winter coats.
