David Bowes3 StarThis branch feels like a missed opportunity because the North Bridge branch is so much better and more consistent. Every time I come to the St James Square branch, there is something that brings the service down.
The first time I went, the card reader at their self-service station was broken. The second time I went, they only had one functioning self-service point, and then I had to wait 15 minutes for a smoothie. Note that I never have to wait longer than 5 minutes at North Bridge. The last time I went, they didn't have any food.
Hopefully, this branch can raise their game to the level of the other branch in future.Wednesday 29th June 2022
lail mohd5 StarAbsolutely love this cafe! I have been coming here for a while when during my studies and the vibe/ music/ staff is always so comforting and well-done. Their staff is what makes the experience even better. In particular, Katie and Natalie. Katie is the sweetest barista ever, and her drinks are always superb!! Very friendly and so kind. Cannot recommend this place more. Thank you for a wonderful experience every time I visit.Tuesday 10th May 2022
Raphael Pigulla5 StarThe cafe is actually outside the mall and thus a bit tricky to find). But when you do, you get rewarded with some great coffee (and oatmilk at no surcharge!), prepared by the super chill and friendly staff. Definitely worth a stop when you're in the area.Friday 5th August 2022
Abi A5 StarFabulous coffee shop, has a great relaxed air about it. Anna & Steve were on shift the day I visited & made it such a pleasure, giving advice when asked & doing so with a smile. Perfect place for a chilled out drnkSunday 10th July 2022
aaron martin2 StarIt's the Brewdog of coffee, is the best way to describe it.
Decent coffee, but overpriced. Goes for the rock aesthetic but is quite corporate.
Had to order via screens even though the staff were two feet away doing nothing.Tuesday 26th July 2022
