Hannah Swanborough5 StarI had Facet Joint Radiofrequency Denervation in May, done by Dr Saw. I am now 6 weeks post procedure and couldnt be happier with the results. I have gone from being able to do less than 200 steps a day to 6000 steps a day, and increasing. My pain is greatly reduced, to almost non-existent. I had poor health and depression and anxiety but with the huge reduction in pain, my moods and general heath has improved greatly. I don't take anymore pain meds. I have even signed up to do the Million Step Challenge.

Avoid this clinic like the plague! The admin team are hopeless, specifically Rachel from accounts who provided worst customer service! After admitting to not having my correct email, no apology gets straight into defence mode then threatens me with legal action! As far as the medical professionals at the Oxford clinic from Tom Saw and Co, a disgrace!
Went elsewhere it was night and day in comparison. Save yourself the headache, money, disappointment.
