These guys know what customer service is! I'd seen a car online and arranged for a viewing, which was arranged promptly. The whole team was very friendly and attentive. I have worked in sales myself and know the these guys have got targets to hit but they weren't pushy, instead they were really helpful and answered all my questions as best as they could. The sale aftercare was brilliant too. Highly recommended! A big thank you to Harry and the team 😊

I got a Mini Cooper from them, two great lads, amazing people, showed me great hospitality. Pleasure to deal with, they did so much extra for my car that I can't thank them enough. My first ever car, they made it so easy and stress free for me. Very caring service, lovely people. Would 1000% recommend them :). Thank you!!! Also had excellent customer service. They have a good selection of quality used cars.

Do not use!!!! After seeing a couple of cars I choose to travel to this garage as they had really good reviews. My review is from April 2023.. I test drove a Ford fiesta 59 plate perfect… bought the car didn’t do 30 miles in the day I had it and had to get recovered I mentioned to the garage that a loud noise appeared and it didn’t feel safe to drive. I got told I was been difficult and if I wanted to return the car they would take £250 off me. When I got back to the garage they wanted me to keep the car and would repair it but with a 4 month old baby do you really want a car that doesn’t feel safe and you only have for 24 hours and breaks? The CE59 Ford fiesta has mould too I wouldn’t trust. Been a young woman you put your trust into people but this garage only care about money and when you complain and try return a car not fit for purpose they try money from you. I auge more people to report businesses like this and also post reviews so another person doesn’t waste their time. I have screenshots of them telling me to drive it even though I live a good 50 minutes away and it’s motorway driving

Fantastic customer service- Sam was very patient and easy going. Allowed me to take my time and do my due diligence checks because of course, he sells highly maintained vehicles. No matter the age/mileage I believe mechanically these cars have undergone pure and thorough mechanical checkovers and work has been carried out accordingly. Will be back again when me kids pester me for a car one day!!
