An interior design service was promised. But the designer recommended a design which wasn't structurally sound. This was only discovered at fitting and is taking 6 weeks to sort out. This is not a mistake an interior designer would make, and I don't think the service was worth the premium price.

Really good design and quality. Friendly staffs and explanations in detail. We were looking for a 3-seat sofa and several fabric samples were given to match the floor and other furniture. We bought an ex-display sofa and Rachel was so honest to point out the tiny fault at the bottom of the sofa, which we hadn’t noticed at all. We really appreciate the openness and honesty.
