More than that the customer service has been excellent with courtesy calls before the installation and follow ups afterwards. I would definitely use them again. allan taylor5 StarI have an Air Source Heat Pump that wasn't working to its full potential and the installers couldn't fix the problem.
So after a year of problems I finally called Boilers 4Essex to see if they could help.
An Engineer called Dan turned up on time and went straight to work. He spotted a few issues with the instal, and within a hour we had perfect heating throughout the house (even in areas where I didn't know that we had underfloor heating).
I will always use Boilers 4 Essex for my servicing and any problems.
