Martin responded quickly and then met a series unforeseen problems calmly and efficiently, so what turned out to be quite a complex repair was completed really well. My aunt, whose boiler it is, is elderly and has Alzheimer's Disease, and he went above and beyond in order to get her heating system up and running again in time for the cold weather. We were lucky to find him. Oustanding service.

Martin was sent to me by my Boiler Service Cover provider, so that is why I cannot comment on the "good value" section above, as I didn't pay him directly. However, from my experience of his work, I can wholeheartedly recommend him. He responded very quickly to my call, (to a boiler that had flooded the kitchen) and got the necessary parts needed in good time. He was professional, thorough and methodical in his work, did the required tests and made sure all was working well before he left (10.40pm!). At all times he kept me in the picture as to what was happening, and when. It turned out that there were several components that needed replacement he dealt with it. I can also say that I have now got a boiler that is functioning better than before. I had to turn the radiator thermostats down because it had become so efficient!

Martin is an honest reliable man who made time to fit us in and fix our problem very quickly and at a very reasonable price, I was given good tips and advice on getting the best out of my boiler, after using boilers4you I can honestly say I would not use anyone else, thankyou Martin for all your help I would not hesitate to recommend you to family and friends
