Uncaring, hugely over priced and no shame about how much they are conning people by. They said they had just had another customer with same issue as me and fixing the alternator pulley bearings was supposed to be cheaper than a new alternator to fix a whining noise and they said that this is the cheapest option lying about how much the parts are. I could have got a whole new alternator fitted for half what he charged me and he even used my car to drive it to the place where they got the bearings done which costs around £20 so for undoing and doing back up a few alternator bolts, using my car and fuel to drive to the bearings company and back (who fixed the fault I took it in for not Bonds) and charged me £234 for wondering why I wasnt happy. I wonder if the very recent previous customer got conned in the same way and reads this? If they do please leave a review here as I am taking this further. They already had my car for 48 hours before they touched it causing my wife to have a day off so I could use her car! I am utterly disgusted with them and I will never be using them again and I certainly 100% do not recommend this garage to anyone
