He was extremely knowledgeable, I was looking for a pair of sunglasses sadly didn't choose anything as I'm extremely picky.
When it comes to prescription glasses everyone in the family use boots and everyone has had a positive experience.Saturday 5th August 2023
Egli Kasapi1 StarI booked an appointment three months ago from my three children and when I went, they said they didn’t have the appointment. They said they’ll be able to fit me in fit me in I book the appointment and they messed up. I went there and the manager was quite nice. He says he’ll do everything we can for the children to be seen. One of them was seen. The other one was just left. I asked three members of staff,. When is he going to be seen and they never got back to me. Waited another hour before the manager came and said He’ll be seen soon maybe another 45 min Then I overheard one of the opticians said I’m only seen one child if they’re there when I’m here after lunch I will see the other one who does she think she is there doing me a favour I don’t think so , they made the mistake. Never again!!! so angry. I am on the contact scheme I will be taking my business elsewhere and my daughter gets her glasses from there every yea She will be going to another Boots. my other two kids who just need a check up every year, not need any glasses. will go somewhere else I’ve never had so much bad customer service in all my life. The manager cannot get out of this one. I made such a song and dance. I’m glad I did everyone else can see how bad the people are at work they’re disgusting!!!Wednesday 31st May 2023

James Fletcher1 StarI went to get a eye test, when I get there they say someone else got your appointment when we phoned them up and booked an appointment. Then we rescheduled and cane back for the eye test apart from waiting a long time it was fine. Then I get my prescription and order glasses, I come to collect my glasses and they say the prescription doctor isn’t here so I can’t give them to you. Mind you I am so close to my GCSEs and me having to reschedule all these appointments is messing up my tutors and work, the fact that I have to reschedule 3 times and it was there fault is really disgraceful a specially when it is for a medical reason. Apart from that there was a lovely girl called Vicky who was so kind being thrown into all of this.Friday 14th April 2023
Zuhayr Amin1 StarHad a contact lens trial over 2 months ago, was told my lenses will be ordered and I have to return for fitting. I haven’t heard anything from them. no one ever answers the phone as I’ve tried calling everyday & every hour for a month. Service is dreadful, will take my business elsewhere, been a loyal optician customer since I was 10years oldFriday 31st March 2023
