Myself and my husband stumbled upon Borthwicks when we were property searching over 2 years ago. It is a hidden GEM within the industry especially when you are looking for something as important and personal as your home. Although we originally spoke with Paul, we dealt with a few team members through out the whole process. They are professional, personable, transparent and easy to contact should you need to. We would highly recommend to anyone if you are ever renting/buying. THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR MAKING IT ALL SO SMOOOOOOOOOOOOOOTH RIGHT THROUGH TO THE END :) !!!! Z&A

My husband and I have had a great experience with Bortwicks. We rented a flat from them for three years and the renting throughout this period was stress-free. They have been outstanding agents, thorough and dedicated and really cared about our wellbeing while living in the property. Paul and Hugh, who were our main contacts, were always willing to help us. I would highly recommend this estate agency, the service they provide is outstanding and I will definitely call upon Borthwicks again if I return to Chiswick in future.

Borthwicks Chiswick were a pleasure to deal with throughout my tenancy. Paul, Robert and Maria were efficient at all stages, from the initial arranging of tenancy, renewal and all the way to moving out. Communication was always very good and in my case they were particularly helpful towards the end of my term, which was very much appreciated. It is a more personable agency than others around. I would strongly recommend Borthwicks!

Borthwicks are easily the best estate agents I have ever dealt with. I rented a flat from them for just over a year and they were very easy to communicate with from the start. I believe then genuinely cared about our wellbeing whilst living in the property, as well the wellbeing of the property itself. They even talked to the landlords about expanding our contract to help accommodate us when my partner became pregnant. Special mention to Paul as he was our main contact. It’s not often you get to deal with estate agents who are as honest and reliable as Borthwicks. Thanks again to all of you.

I don’t know if this is an agency or a circus. I did call to arrange a viewing and the guy pretend to don’t hear me. I called again, same story. After 4 calls, the guy told me to stop calling them because they couldn’t hear me. So, I said to him that I’m calling because I wanted to ask few questions about the property. He told me to write an email with questions. Now my question is: why when I said that, he could suddenly hear me? It’s sound like a joke to me. Fair enough, I wrote the email with the question and after 1 minute I got the reply: this flat is not suitable for you because has no lift. I never asked any lift, I didn’t make any question about it. He just didn’t want to deal with me. Very unprofessional. I can’t recommend this agency at all.
