Eb C1 StarWe hired this place out for my son’s first birthday. They told us that they would clean everything before we use the hall.
Security arrive late to open the door for us, so we were stuck outside.
As soon as we got in there were rubbish everywhere. We had to clean the hall of even though that was not part of our agreement.
There was oil spilled all over the kitchen countertop. Slippers left in the kitchen. Kitchen floor absolutely disgusting.
Tables and chairs in horrible condition.
I can’t even begin to explain how disgusting the toilets were. None of my guests we’re able to use any of the toilets.Sunday 16th October 2022
