Backing Britain: delivering home-grown energy

The UK has a plan to boost long-term energy security and cut emissions. At bp, we’re already hard at work on the challenge. Our UK investment plans include billions for solutions like offshore wind, EV charging, hydrogen and carbon capture, as well as maintaining a secure supply of energy through North Sea oil and gas. And our plans go beyond just infrastructure - they see us supporting the economy, skills development and job opportunities in the communities where we operate.

Getting a one star because now you must pay before you put your petrol in and I'm personally not liking it, also the fact that a customer is expected to pay cash only when topping up there gas card is unfair especially to any mother whom doesnt drive and during these times where card payment is preferred. And as for the owner whom I wouldnt say is ignorant but count yourself lucky if you get as much as a grunt. I bet if they raised the standards people would stop calling it fitzys. But staff are all so friendly.

I pulled in to get petrol at 11am, the pump wasn't working. So I went in and explained to girl behind till who seemed to already know all the the pumps were out of petrol "since about 9am," they obviously didn't think of informing customers at the pump, on top of this they charged me the 58p that the meter had run on the pump, so I had to pay 58p for thin air! The store itself is an absolute dump, everytime I'm in it, there are out of date chocolate and crisps, rotten fruit n vegetables, you can't even see the food in the hot food bar because the glass is that greasy! Apart from the post office which is good, avoid at all costs!
