Don't bother taking your Yodel parcels here, the man behind the counter made it quite clear that he doesn't want to accept them and that "I'm an inconvenience to the shop". Shocking

Why advertise this as being open 24 hours when it isn’t open 24 hours!! Came yesterday after 11pm, all lights on but doors locked and no one in the shop either.

I'm a loyal customer of 6+ years and generally get good service. Unfortunately it's not been the case recently. A youngish guy wearing the name badge "Chloe" is consistently rude, doesn't greet you back and has quite an attitude. I've had 3 bad experiences with him in recent weeks and its amazing that BP Buckshaw will unleash such surly, badly trained staff on their customers. Unacceptable. Please take action BP, you can do better than this!
