Very prompt and helpful service during our rental move. Lovely little things like toilet roll and mini washing up liquid was left in the house for us when my wife and I arrived. It’s little things like that that made us moving in so much easier. Thank you all again so much :) UPDATE: two months into the tennancy and replies and action on maintenance issues have been quick and easy. Many thanks again.

We have just let a home through Breckon & Breckon and had the pleasure of working with Maxine, who was amazing. The entire process was extremely smooth and Maxine went out of her way to make it simple, easy and convenient for us; even meeting us at the house at the holiday weekend to give us keys and sort paperwork. Came home to see Breckon & Breckon has decided to screw a sign into our street sign and on our own land without permission. After a phone call, they said they would remove it within the hour. They haven't.
