Stephen Foster5 StarWashing machine had stopped mid cycle. Beeping and lights flashing. Brian was extremely helpful and came out later the same morning. Quickly drained the machine and identified the problem. A blocked filter pump. He cleaned it out, showed us the debris, and restarted the machine. Works perfectly. Russell C1 StarCalled to enquire about a problem with a washing machine which had started to make a noise while in use. As with most problems, an assessment on if its worth to fix or not has to be considered. It was going to be a case of fix it if the cost of repair is less than buying a new one.
Most companies i have dealt with for similar situations would charge a call out fee to assess and evaluate, then explain the potential costs of repairing (if in deed it could be). Brian was not wanting to commit to any particular fee for call out, and did not think it important that a customer would want to know an estimated cost. The phone conversation lasted 1minute before he rudely hung up saying “get someone else love”.
