Spoke to Farzana over the phone about which rooms needed deep cleaning and received a bespoke quote. Although initially they were fully booked for 2 weeks, Farzana contacted me when they had a last minute cancellation and managed to fit me in very quickly.
Two friendly staff members carried out the clean, and were very attentive in the job, and asked that I check over each of the rooms after they were done. Since I have dogs, they also checked in with me to see if I would like room spray to be used before using, which I thought was professional and thoughtful.Sunday 16th April 2023

The following Friday Farzana had visited the property to enable an accurate quote, and then the job was booked in and completed on the following Sunday!
