Jonty Watkins5 StarGenuinely the best laundry/ironing service in Halifax. I used three other laundry companies before finding Brooke's and can honestly say their service is unmatched. From their responsiveness, customer service and pricing everything has been amazing. I have had bits of washing go missing with other providers but have been using Brookes for 2 years now and never had any issue. Without fail, each time the washing smells amazing and it's always collected/delivered in a timely manner.
A special shout-out to Sharon. She is the delivery/collection driver for Brooke's and I'm always greeted with a friendly smile and a wonderful conversation. She is a genuine asset to the company and I feel she has a big part to play in why Brooke's service is so amazing and consistent. I don't often write reviews but I felt Brooke's deserved one based solely off how polite, courteous and hard-working Sharon is.Thursday 17th March 2022
