Marion Dowie5 StarFrom the moment my mother was placed at Brookfield, I knew we had made the right choice. The management and staff had the patience of Job helping a proud independent lady acclimate to her surroundings. It is obvious the residents come first and nothing is too much trouble. Everyone is treated with dignity and respect in a warm and friendly atmosphere. After a brief spell in hospital, Mum couldn’t wait to go back saying they’d look after her better at Brookfield than they were at the hospital. We are always made welcome when we go visit, and it’s comforting to know that Mum is receiving the very best of care.Tuesday 27th March 2018
