Brooktech was founded by director and senior commercial heating and plumbing engineer Stuart Brookes in 2009. Named after his late father’s company, it continues a family legacy of personal, professional service.
Its success is now based on a long-standing friendship between Stuart and fellow director James Gilmour who joined the business in 2013 and is also a highly skilled commercial heating and plumbing engineer.
With 45 years’ experience in commercial maintenance between them, their expertise and knowledge has created a winning partnership. What started as a one-man-band providing local commercial heating services has grown into a thriving multi skilled commercial maintenance business.
Stuart and James, who have worked on numerous projects together, take great pride in providing outstanding workmanship alongside exceptional customer service.

Gemma Papp5 StarI had a major burst pipe emergency in Sheffield early this morning and Paul was so fantastic in stopping the leak very quickly, working fast to resolve the issue, making safe and then helping me move my vulnerable tenants belongings (sofa, bed etc) into a vacant dry flat. Graham Clayborough5 StarI am the site manager of a large complex with over 120 offices. Paul was on site today to carry out some essential maintenance. Polite, professional and the workmanship is top notch. Even invited me to have a look round what he had repaired. I have used this company a few times over the last couple of months (and during lockdown). Always polite and helpful. Quotes are realistic and when they say they`ll be there they are ! Cant say anything about the other employees but would highly recommend Paul.

Then he will do the work and when you get the invoice there are no surprises or big call out charges.
