I cannot speak more highly of Bubblelush Carpets! I popped in store by chance last week and spoke with Andrew about replacing my stairs and all of upstairs. He popped out the next day to measure up. Andrew is very professional and friendly. He really does know his stuff! He provided several options at different price ranges and explained the differences between each. He listened to what I needed and, even though I was a little hesitant, he was completely right! The price was amazing too! Today was fitting day and again I cannot speak more highly of Paul who fitted my carpets! What an absolute gent. As a lone female sometimes you can feel uncomfortable but not with Paul. Fast, efficient, professional and clearly talented at his job. He fitted my carpets so well and as if it was his own home. I could not believe how little waste there was but that's thanks to Andrews measuring skills and Paul fitting skills. The carpets have transformed my home and I can't keep looking at them! I will be going back as soon as I can to get the living room done. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Great service, very much recommend! Andrew was super friendly and came to give us a quote within a couple days, and Paul was over to fit the new carpets less than a week later. We were given several options at different price ranges with no pressure to go for the pricier options.

Don’t buy goods online! Mistakenly selected click and collect on a candle order, weeks after I realised & cont aged them to ask to pay shipping costs , they ignored voicemail and email. Later they decided to refund me as the candles were ‘lost in transit’ they then ignored further emails. Avoid! Post script - Added after the retailer responded- you DID NOT REPLY except to notify me that you were refunding me & this was only after I left a voicemail and emails

Love this shop. Always in there and recently used their carpet fitting service. Top marks, measuring and choosing carpet was stress free with Andrews help, Paul and Pete came and fitted 2 weeks later and were so friendly and professional. We originally went to a larger supplier in Netherfield who said they wouldn’t be able to fit until after Christmas if we didn’t order straight away and were £300 more expensive, I’m so glad that we went to Bubblelush. If you want a friendly service, have a good choice of gifts (and carpets!) then this IS the place to go.

**DONT USE THEM FOR FLOORING** Myself, AND my family have spent 100's of pounds in this shop.. very good loyal customers to this business... even made orders through the pandemic to help them out when I could of got items cheaper on amazon. I had a stairs carpet fitted by them, on the day they turned up with the WRONG colour and they knew it but they fitted it anyway. It was a good job i liked it or they would of had to rip it all up and refund me. I then gave them the benefit of the doubt and arranged for them to come and fit me some vinyl flooring. Which a few days before I had to cancel due to unfortunate circumstances. I received no reply or even an acknowledgement to my cancelation like any well run business would. Absolutely nothing. And to be quite honest it was a total rip off I later found out when somebody offered the same job nearly half the price. Anyway... I have been into the shop today to get some wax melts.. as soon as I walked in Andrew (The husband owner) who always has his arms crossed at the front of house sat down 24-7, Jumped right down my neck. He raised his voice at me and asked me where I had been for 6 months!?? He told me he has vinyl I hadn't re booked in his lock up for 6 months waiting for me!? Basically telling me how wrong I am to cancel something. This man does not live in the real world. The shop now has a horrible atmosphere, and He just adds to the horrible vibes. is this man mentally ill ?? Victimising and Bullying long term well paying customers. Very Narcissistic. He accused me of cancelling on the day which I didn't and even if I did, and?? Would you receive this abuse with Carpet right? The flooring companies that have made it big? No you wouldn't. The shop is a total mess. Yankee Candle in town puts it to shame. He is way over priced to be quite honest and you'd save a lot more money ordering on Amazon. This Man, Andrew on the front of house has an extremely bad attitude. He is a terrible business man. He acts friendly when your spending money in shop, typical manipulator. His persona, Way of thinking and attitude stinks. Myself, My family and my friends will NEVER spend another penny in this shop. Stay away. Go to Yankee Candle, Amazon etc etc. You'll get treated a lot better. Not sure his shop will stand for much longer and I'm not surprised. disgusted. You have lost so many big well paid orders now from my whole family and friends. Everyone please avoid.
