She was extremely friendly and helpful, even though we were a walk in without an appointment on a very busy day. She listened to exactly what we wanted and immediately began showing us what properties she had that would suit our needs.
After many let downs from other estate agents in the area, this was a welcome change. I could not recommend Alex more to anyone looking for a home to rent.
