Jasmine Jones5 StarManaged to get my daughter squeezed in on a Saturday afternoon. She has been growing out a pixie cut and it was at that awkward stage between her ears and shoulders. The hairdresser did an amazing job at creating a bob and we both left very happy. We were not expecting such a good result and will definitely return.Saturday 19th August 2023

I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR 20 YEARS AND DISGUSTED WITH THE WAY I HAVE BEEN TREATED.
I have been penalised for years by this company as I have lots of hair. I never questioned it until Sarah ( the wife of Dave the owner) called me and said that they would be increasing my colour charge to £200 for a head of foils due to the time it takes them.
I found this to be very excessive but was going to still go to my appointment. there was no mention on that call or in the 20 years I have been going that I had to pay a £50 deposit until today. Sarah, again called and was rude and said that she need that as alot of people don't turn up.
I feel like it's a witch hunt that they don't want my business as I have never missed an appointment in all the years I have been going.
Looking on the website there is nowhere in terms and conditions that states you are going to pay more for the thickness of your hair or that you have to pay a deposit.
I will be taking this further as I feel the prices are being made up as they go along. Pointless having a price list if you don't stick to it.Tuesday 30th May 2023

Vowie Lou5 StarI came here after some ropey attempts at changing my hair during lockdown. James was absolutely amazing, doing exactly what I wanted with the colour and it looked absolutely beautiful. You'd never have known he was working with a dodgy canvas!
I've also had appointments with Karis to maintain the colour who is also great!
Lovely atmosphere too. It's not cheap, but for what they do it's a reasonable price.Thursday 7th July 2022
sam skelton1 StarVisited this hairdressers just before my sons wedding to tidy my hair up which was very short as it was only just growing back after chemotherapy.
When I walked in the atmosphere was very frosty and staff were niggling at each other. I should have left then but stayed.
The hairdresser said she’d like to cut some off the sides and back to make the top of my hair look fuller and I agreed, at which point she pulled out a set of clippers and shaved the side of my hair off. She proceeded to give me a short back and sides.
It is the worst hair cut I have ever had and absolutely devastating to have my hair shorn off after I’d spent the last 8 weeks growing it back from being bald for months due to cancer treatment.
I left as quickly as I could and I will NEVER go to this hairdressers again. It’s taken me months to write this review as I had to go back to wearing head scarves and chemo hats and my hair has only just recovered.
I would definitely not recommend this hairdressers.Sunday 18th September 2022
