Joanna Blackburn5 StarMy Mum and Dad went for respite care to Calderdale Retreat. The staff were amazing!! I can't praise them highly enough. Friendly, welcoming and patient. All of them wonderful, from the cleaners to the carers, the food prep, laundry and Reception, all so welcoming and genuinely seemed to care about residents and visitors. Facilties were good, all kept clean and the food was excellent. I would highly recommend this care home to anyone. JoannaFriday 23rd September 2022
Vanessa Brand5 StarMy dad was transfered here from hospital after been ill, and even though i couldn't enter as due to covid situation. I can't thank them enough, nothing too much trouble , i have video calls so i can see him when i speaking to him. Dad also enjoys staying there as his memory is getting worse and they are so good with him. Once again a huge thankyou.Thursday 30th April 2020
