Paulo5 StarI walk further to get to this post office.... By far the most efficient and friendly post office in the area. They think of every little detail..... moist sponges so you don't need to lick the envelope.... offer sellotape to make sure package is secure. They are knowledgeable of the Post Office and Royal Mail systems and procedure. Plus, in my opinion, the best selection of greetings cards in Stafford. I didn't have to queue today but when I do its work the wait. Thank you to the staff!Wednesday 22nd December 2021
Susan Ashton1 StarUnhelpful rude staff, slow, ignorant, offensive attitude to customers. Accussed of not respecting privacy to other customers when trying to help. No interest in helping customers. The place wants closing down. A disgrace to Royal Mail. Manners cost nothing!Monday 14th February 2022

Lewis Clemson1 StarI understand Christmas is a busy time of year but when you go to your local post office to make sure your Christmas is sorted and they refuse to serve you because you'll take a while is not acceptable in my eyes. Just like it isn't acceptable for one worker to sit at her kiosk and have a full blown conversation with someone she knows and hold everyone else up, if you hadn't been having a conversation with your friend the queue wouldn't have formed behind me and you'd have been able to make my family's Christmas happen. Thanks for ruining my Christmas. Nobody can have their presents now!!Wednesday 14th December 2016
