Before lockdown was a happy regular customer. Now things are looking up I decided to place an order. I'm happy to say standards haven't slipped and we very much enjoyed our food. Will look forward to future orders

Delicious food! I always warm and tasty. We love especially the salt and pepper chicken with salt and pepper chips! And the vegetable springrolls are good too, not stuffed with only onion like in other places. Lady connecting orders always smiling :)

I'm not a fan of complaining but this needed a review leaving. I've never before had rice that had a consistency like this where I could take a slice and all the rice stays together instead of individual grains of rice moving as it should do. The crispy duck pancakes... Well the wraps were crispy but sadly the duck wasn't. It felt soft and like someone had heated it in a microwave. Way too much fat from it. Really disappointed with this and will not be eating from here as I honestly think eating it will make me ill.

APPALLING SERVICE. Contacted Just-Eat 20 minutes past delivery time to say it hadn't arrived yet. They called the restaurant who told them it had already left with the driver. 20 minutes later food still hadn't arrived. Just-Eat spoke to them again and the manager said I should call them directly to arrange compensation. Did so and all they would offer was freebies next time I ordered. HA! Next time! I said there wouldn't be a next time due to poor service. The manager refused to refund. Then hung up on me. Twice. So I contacted Just-Eat again who agreed I should be refunded. They spoke to the manager again who continued to refuse refund. In the end, my food was 1 hour late and cold. Just-Eat offered a gesture of good will, but it was not the full price of my order and, what the worst of it is that the restaurant get to keep my money for not doing their jobs. I will NEVER use Canton Express again and would strongly advise others to avoid it also. They are greedy, dishonest and money-grabbing and expect to be paid for such shocking service. They receive money online and hold on to it tightly. Beware. Avoid the same problem as me by going elsewhere.
