I used to be a regular at Capelli and always had a fantastic experience until I moved location. I couldn't make my other hairdressing appointment this week so returned. I wanted to go dark from blonde, my hair did have a yellow tone to it but I've never had any issues before returning to dark, I was advised not to go to dark so I chose a chocolate kind of colour, I was also told in advance colour would fade which I accepted but after one wash I have now grey hair maybe cause ash brown undertone was applied to yellow hair? I was also assured the brown would nourish the condition of my hair as it always did previous my hair is now breaking and frazzled at the ends and in horrible condition. On coming home from the salon I noticed one noticeable blonde patch near the front but I left it as I thought once washed it may blend better. I was then also told because of pregnancy it might not take as well... is this because they knew it hadn't worked out as it should of? Not sure. The staff were friendly and environment nice but unfortunately like a previous review can only offer a refund or to correct my hair if they see it in person which they offered to do. I am however away on holiday come Tuesday and unable to make Monday. And to be honest I didn't want to be rude but my hair is in such awful condition and I've lost all confidence I don't want it redone here unfortunately. Such a shame, and I'm gutted. I would also like to add I was either charged full price for a cut or a blow dry not sure what one but my hair was mainly blasted with a few bits sectioned here and there not a proper blow dry and the cut was a couple of ends of. Either way my experience was not worthy of the £63.00 charge

While the location and salon itself was really nice and the staff seemed friendly at the time, I received a bad haircut here where I asked for more layers to chop into my thick hair however I hardly got anything off my hair. I also asked for a balayage and ended up with an ombre (which is not the same thing!). In the end, I went to three other hairdressers for advice after I moved away to be told my hair has so many split ends and the layers were all uneven. Very unhappy with the service here. Was offered a refund if I go to the salon but I have since moved away and it would be impossible for me to go there. I left feeling I did not even have my hair done. Would 100% anyone looking for a balayage to try somewhere else as here they just give you an ombre and a bad cut! Terrible experience.
