Further afield we have seen new build houses on the Wentworth Estate in Surrey, Victorian manor houses in Hants & new timber framed houses in Berks built from reclaimed mediaeval barns. At the request of clients, we have surveyed Georgian mansions (with associated outbuildings and lodges set amidst private parkland) in Bucks, Herts, Cambridge & Huntingdon.

Qaasim Majid5 StarAfter an excellent experience with them a few years ago for a historic valuation I have came back to Capital Chartered Surveyors for a Probate valuation.
Once again the service I received through the whole process was exemplary. Responses over email and the phone from the office staff (Phil and Damian) were prompt and professional. The surveyor Ian Moss was diligent, thorough and generally a nice person to speak to. I would always request him if I needed surveys conducted in the future.
Whilst communication was fast the process did not feel rushed at any point and I was confident it was being carried out properly. The pricing is very competitive too.
