Wendy and Caroline were so lovely and helpful! Needed a balloon display for my dad's birthday and they did a fab job helping me choose from their huge selection, blew them up, presented them so amazingly and bagged them all in 10 minutes! Such an efficient service and amazing customer service. Will be back for future celebrations for sure! Thank you both 😊

I went here on New Year's eve with some helium balloons I had gotten from Amazon for my friend's 40th birthdayparty. I'm new in Aberdeen and I assumed that Card Factory would be willing to blow them up for a fee. I got there around 3.15pm There was a lady and another man whom I assume was the supervisor, behind the counter. I bought some birthday cards and accessories and asked if they could help with the balloons. The lady smiled in an unsure way, asked the man if that was possible and he said no. I felt bad so she directed me to Trinity Centre but the stores there were closed. I ran back to Card Factory, (got there at 3.53pm) and told them I would buy new balloons so that they could blow it up. The supervisor said no in a mean manner. I tried to plead and he raised his voice at me and sai it was New Year's eve and he too wanted to close and go to be with his family. I felt so bad and left the shop with tears in my eyes. I know that it might have been a policy for them to close early but he didn't have to raise his voice and embarrass me just because of that. The memory is forever etched in my head and I don't know if I would ever patronize them again.

What's not to love. However the cards are slowly but surely getting more expensive in line with Clintons etc. They used to sell cards at what they were really worth
