Katherine Goodyear1 StarI went there to get some balloons filled. First I asked for the number balloons in a certain colour, they didn’t have the colour I needed so got them in another colour. I then asked to purchase some more balloons and get them filled with helium. She just said “do you have to? There’s only two of us and it will take a while” honestly I’ve never known someone to be so rude to me. You are there to do your job, after that I felt a lot less inclined to get the other balloons (which unfortunately aren’t even the right size) I’m not going back there ever again. The works next door were a lot nicer and helpful, I’d recommend going thereMonday 11th October 2021
