I wouldn’t recommend going here for your carpet! Only only thing good is that it’s cheaper then most places but I’ve never had carpet as badly fitted! When I hover the floor the carpet pulls up with it. Not only that but the owner or manager of the store is very rude and disrespectful, he had made a mistake with my order and then told me that I should be lucky that they are willing to fix the mistake. I had to go else where just to refit the carpet.

Dont be put off by the rough ans ready feel of the shop. W e carpeted 3 bedrooms in Luna rock. It is so lush and soft and looks great. Customer service was fantastic and simone was so helpful in helping us choose and how it should be fitted as we had a wood floor down. Was recommended by a neighbour and will definitely go back and carpet the rest of our house! Great value great quality

just had my carpets fitted. came when they said, did a good job, fairly quickly. could really tell the fitter cared about doing everything nicely. really helpful in the shop too. just a good place to get carpets from.

Good selection of carpets and a lot is stored in house. Friendly staff and Phil in particular helped me find a way to bring down costs so I could re-carpet my apartment. I will definitely be coming back any time I need new carpets and will be recommending them to friends and family.
