Absolutely awful customer service. If I could give no stars I would. They sold me a poor quality carpet. To make matters worse a sub standard fitter fitted the carpet too. I raised a complaint and haven't received a resolution. I have now had to escalate the complaint with consumer arbitration. Whilst waiting for a resolution I have had a new carpet supplied and fitted with a different independent company and it looks amazing. Avoid at all costs.

Previously ordered a lounge and stair carpet with Frank, who was fantastic at advising us. Showing friendly, knowledgeable and excellent customer service. We have just returned to order our bedroom carpets where we were served by Adnan. Who again was so friendly, knowledgeable and met our needs perfectly. Nothing is too much trouble and they make sure that anything you need they factor into their service. The carpet fitters also did an amazing job. So professional, tidy and again provided an excellent service. Thank you all for providing an excellent service, brilliant quality carpets and doing an excellent job. I would recommend without hesitation
