I went Carpetright New Malden and was greeted by Austin who very friendly and helpful could not of asked for better customer services explained everything about the different types of underlays as we were very particular because we are currently moving in and getting the house refitted with new carpet and he was very understanding as well as patient with us. Also was very helpful in assisting us to select the right type of carpet we were going for and as you can see from the pictures I couldn’t be happier with this a big thank you to Austin and everyone at New Malden.

Went into the branch on Friday and was straight away greeted by all the staff members that were in the building. Mansur, helped me out a lot with understanding what I should be looking for after I explained my needs. Will definitely be placing my order in the coming days once I’ve decided on the colour. Usman, the salesperson at the New Malden Store, was very accommodating and attentive as we looked over carpets and flooring. While we walked about and asked questions, he was always available. When we visited to make a purchase, He guided us through the sales process with ease and Our carpets arrived exactly when Carpet Right predicted they would! Would 100% recommend to everyone!
