Having had to pay for an item twice as their card machine was faulty, I was told I had to wait until the following day to see if both payments were taken from my account. The following day, both payments were deducted from my account, I called the store and left a message for them to return my call-which they failed to do. So I had to go into the store. Upon my return, I gave evidence of the additional payment. I was asked to wait until an email was sent to their finance department to double-check this fault. I may add that during all this time, I was the only customer in the store. After waiting over 10 minutes, I asked the Shop Assistant Alun whether he had received a reply. Only to be glared at and that he had not sent the email to them yet. I left the shop frustrated, with a promise of a phone with the progress of my refund. I waited 10 days for my refund, with no apology.

Paid for a gel mattress in store, changed our minds and returned to the store to inform one of the staff. Arrogantly told us we’d missed the 24hour slot and buying in store means you’re not entitled to get money back. Not had it delivered so can’t see what the problem was. Hard lesson to learn so be careful with these people!!!! Will never shop there again or advise anyone else to do so 😡

I've never purchased carpets before but Natasha at the Aintree store made the process so easy and made me feel so much less stressed. Alan in store also helped me finalise my purchase quickly and went above and beyond to source some out of stock carpets for me. Would definitely use again!
