Brilliant service from carpets unlimited. Lots of guidance on the right carpet and price range options given too. The fitter was polite, friendly and professional. I'm very happy with the service from start to finish.

I always use Carpets Unlimited. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The customer service is friendly and welcoming. They're more focused on customer satisfaction than the hard sell. The staff have directed me to cheaper carpets when they have been more suitable for the rooms I wanted them for. They explain how to get the best out of your carpets and couldn't be more helpful. The carpet fitter I've had is lovely, and I've never had to call him back due to wrinkles, like I have in the past with other carpet companies. 10/10, excellent service, thanks!

I've had my 4th carpet with this company today, had flooring fitted too. Always found the staff to be really knowledgeable & helpful to guide me in what's right for me & my busy home. Always delivered on time & the fitters have always been so pleasant. Thank you so much. Lisa.

Not able to give minus stars... the manager is rude.... bought carpets summer 2 years ago and still waiting to resolve last room! Yes 2 years.. last room is different carpet to rest of house.. ordered in.. got a call fairly soon after stating it had arrived but had a flaw so was being sent back.. the next one arrived and was the same.. did not hear anything so rang in the Feb to find out... could not see anything so would ring warehouse and get back to me... I rang again in the May only to be told the same.. said I wanted a refund but told no.. asked to speak to manager.. he said he would look into it and ring me back... needless to say he hasn't.. i rang today to demand a refund as I did not have my carpet only to be told it has been in "free" storage since July!!! I asked why no one had contacted me to say it was there or update me.. said there was nothing on the computer.. Said I no longer wanted it to be basically told tough I was not getting a refund and that they had been storing it for me for free!! Constantly talked over me, raising his voice... I said I anted to speak to someone higher and he told me the Managing Director was the next level.. I did ask if he was the manager, he said he was and I said surely make his own decisions ... he said he would send me a copy of my invoice with the contact details on for the MD but I had to contact him as we were getting nowhere... but he would tell me the same thing and he seemed so pleased with telling me that... conveniently they have no record of me ringing and basically accused me of making it up and saying it's my fault.. I have proof I rang as it is on my mobile bill... I have to chase the MD up now.. shocking customer service... do not buy from them... I did tell the manager I would be recommending people avoid them.. did not seem bothered

I had an unsatisfactory experience with this company. When the carpet fitters had completed the fitting and left, I found that they had damaged one leather sofa. On contacting Carpets Unlimited I was informed that it was not their responsibility for the damage. I should deal with the repair myself as they only supplied the product and the fitters. I found them to be less than helpful and it was left to me to find an upholstery firm that could attend to the damaged sofa. Although I was reimbursed for the cost of the repair, I had no apology or even a `sorry` for all the inconvenience caused. The customer service in my opinion is lacking and much to be desired and I am left with a piece of furniture which I know has been damaged through no fault of my own.
