Brilliant service at the Liverpool collection centre. The handover assistant Hannah was really knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything we wanted to know about the car. Overall a really smooth process. Would highly recommend. In love with the car! Considering going back for services etc in the future.

Brilliant customer service from start to finish! Everything was so straight forward from purchasing the car online, to part exchanging my current car to picking up my new one. I've bought 2nd hand cars before from other large dealerships and it's never been as straight forward as the process with Cazoo! All the staff were friendly and very helpful especially Zach! Thanks so much Zach, for helping me sort everything and making the process enjoyable. Such a lovely young lad and a real asset to your team at Cazoo Liverpool, thank you again!

Really unhappy with the way I was treated by Cazoo. Agreed to sell my car with them and received confirmation email that they would collect on the 28th. So when the 28th came and it was within a few hours into when they were meant to collect, I called Cazoo to know when they would be coming to collect it and to my SHOCK they told me the collection had been cancelled! I was left furious by this as I did not receive any calls or emails and to find out by the way I did was difficult. I made a complaint there and then and was told i would be getting a call the next day but it never came. I called again within the next few days and sometimes calling twice a day and being promised I would get a call back the same day again I never!!! It was nearly a week by the time I got to speak to a manager blaming me for the poor experience I received. So I asked to speak to another manager because of the way she had treated me. I dont think I have been treated this poorly by any other company. Please be careful when dealing with this company unless they are 100% going to work with you they won't make the necessary effort to treat you right i.e provide good customer service and this could end up potentially wasting your time like they did with me!!!
