stephanie gregg1 StarEvery year we have received a out of hours emergency contact information for repairs etc. But this year we have not received anything no details at all. We have a maintenance emergency involving water and electricity and your out of hours emergency number that is listed on your website is disconnected, have tried calling over 50 times and still no answer. You say you have 24/7 emergency contact but in fact you do not. Yes it is Christmas but still where is the emergency contact for repairs.Sunday 23rd December 2018
