The company were excellent to deal with, very professional in everyway. The delivery was spot on, exactly on the day I had requested. Also able to track the delivery with a window given of when to expect it to arrive. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and will be using them again in the future. Hafsa Latif1 StarTruly disappointed with the product itself. Was worried the bouquet may not be intact during delivery but it was. This is a warning for everyone who’s looking to purchase a bouquet. Please read the product information thoroughly as I thought the bouquet would include artificial roses. However it was just roses printed on the back of some poxy cardboard. Looked extremely tacky and was very embarrassing when it arrived to the receivers home. Not worth the price at all for a few stuck on chocolates.Friday 2nd September 2022

Ordered flowers and candle gift for a friends birthday … Placing and paying two weeks before today… Only received any kind of order update yesterday and the tracking supplied wasn’t available with Royal Mail…. I chased up today as they should have arrived and guess what at gone half past four I receive an email to say Royal Mail have lost them… A call is being made to trading standards as there are large amounts of other people making very similar complaintsMonday 11th April 2022
