The staff here are so racist and rude! The lady at the reception always speaks in a rude manner and they don't care about the business. They need to understand that they are able to work because we're spending our money at this place. The customer service has to be improved at the earliest or they will lose business. I would not recommend this to anyone. Such a pathetic place to go!

Nice laundromat kept really clean, has the basics only. Working change machine and powdered detergent and fabric conditioner was £1 per load dispensed into supplied reusable cups-no waste of packaging, there were no other supplies available. All the machines were working. They do laundry service too if you need that.

Very clean and staff was super nice. You can wash for 10 using a card and dry for 5 using a card. Their soap dispenser works and they also have a working change dispenser, if you uses coins.

We were travelling to the UK and washing clothes at the hotel was too expensive. We found this place close to our hotel. It was clean, the staff were helpful, and they had an option for a bigger washer for our party of three (machines are not as big here as in the States). The whole process only took about an hour and cost about £20 for wash and dry because we had to do two loads. I would recommend this place or the chain for any travellers wanting to do laundry.
